About The Position

We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our team as Concessions Crew Members with our Frost Bites food truck—helping serve warm treats and smiles all season. Position Summary: The Concessions Crew Member supports daily food truck operations at Ice Castles Silverthorne, CO. This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and ensuring a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This is a seasonal position with flexible hours that increase during peak event periods.

Requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain necessary food handling certification for the State of Minnesota (training covered by Ice Castles).
Prior food service or concessions experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Ice Castles season.
Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to create magical guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve menu items from the Frost Bites food truck in a fast-paced environment.
Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food prep and service areas.
Follow all food handling, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory as directed.
Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
Support the Concessions Supervisor and other staff in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Work efficiently in cold weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
