About The Position

The Concessions Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Concessions in the administration of the District’s concessions operations. This includes coordination of operations and staffing, monitoring and stocking inventory, and ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager certification required; if not currently certified, certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work primarily on weekends and evenings.
  • Current driver’s license or ID issued by state of residence.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal history investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent to have the ability to frequently interact with staff and the public, remain flexible, and be proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a timely manner.
  • Ability to supervise others, ability to work independently with little or no supervision, and being well organized are a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel, is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • Experience in food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up / stocks concessions inventory.
  • Assists the Concessions Supervisor with monthly inventory counts.
  • Verifies and transports deposits.
  • Verifies that staff are adhering to all concessions policies and procedures.
  • Assists the Concessions Supervisor with staff training.
  • Supervises concessions staff.
  • Address customer complaints and staffing issues as they arise in the course of daily operations.
  • Participate in regular reviews of concessions activities with Concessions Supervisor and CFO.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
