As a Concessions Cook at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, you’ll be at the heart of our food service operations, preparing delicious food that fuels fun-filled days. Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, making every experience enjoyable.
• Prepare Quality Food: Cook and assemble dishes following our recipes and safety guidelines to serve up consistently delicious options.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the kitchen organized, sanitized, and stocked, ensuring all workspaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Manage Food Safety: Follow food safety practices, including FIFO (first in, first out) and temperature guidelines, to keep our guests safe.
• Support Kitchen Operations: Perform daily opening and closing tasks, help with inventory control, and keep the kitchen ready for a busy day.
