About The Position

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items to consistently deliver high-quality taste, presentation, and service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining all health, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of food preparation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to Legends’ recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures.
  • Follow proper procedures for food rotation, labeling, and dating to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
  • Use proper utensils and portion sizes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and communicate food quantities and quality to management during service.
  • Coordinate orders to ensure timely preparation and accuracy.
  • Assist with restocking of food and paper supplies as needed.
  • Support other kitchen team members as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as outlined in the Employee Training Manual.
  • Work multiple food stations as assigned throughout the shift.
  • Follow all sanitary practices, health regulations, and safety procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.
