About The Position

Responsible for the daily duties of the concession stand including but not limited to: food prep, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Responsible for the daily duties of the concession cashier and/or cook including but not limited to: food prep, food handling, cleaning equipment, customer service, cash handling, inventory control, merchandise and supply restocking and facility upkeep. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a current food handler's certificate
  • Must be responsible, courteous and have good communication skills
  • Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
  • Must have open availability to include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to/over 50 pounds
  • Must have positive attitude
  • Must have current AZ liquor law training certificate

Responsibilities

  • Food prep and service in accordance with Health Dept. regulations and guidelines.
  • Correctly operating all foodservice equipment and proper food handling procedures
  • Accurate sales transactions and payment processing
  • Communicate with other staff and guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Inventory control and daily restocking
  • Adhere to all Spinato's Pizzeria and Footprint Center policies and procedures
  • Facility upkeep including daily and continuous cleaning of concession stands and equipment
  • Any other related duty as assigned by the Concession General Manager
