JOB SUMMARYThe Bar/Concession Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring the consistent quality and delivery of all food items according to menu and company standards. This role includes handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, and supporting the overall food service operation in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of food outlet operations.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to adhere to the company’s service standards.
Friendly and fast interaction with guests.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility in work hours; able to handle high-pressure and interruptive environments.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, handle, feel, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to circulate throughout assigned areas, including smoking areas, while observing guests and equipment functionality.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in concessions or office work preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Greet guests as they approach the service area.
Ensure consistent and convincing service aligned with company standards.
Sell and deliver all food items per the menu and handle transactions per the cash handling policy.
Clean and sanitize all food service equipment used in preparation and serving.
Operate all relevant food service equipment.
Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and pricing.
Ensure proper stock and supplies for efficient service.
Promote safety and security for both Team Members and guests.
Perform clean-up duties to maintain a high-quality, organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
