ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for sales and customer service functions in the Concession Stand Set up of Concessions area before opening Oversee food preparation and ensure all items meet quality and safety standards Operate concession equipment such as TurboChef ovens, registers, and beverage stations Ensure the concessions area is clean, organized, and stocked at all times Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed Assist with ordering and receiving inventory Train new employees on procedures, safety, and customer service expectations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions and assist with opening and closing procedures Set up concessions area before opening and assist with closing and cleaning duties BASIC DUTIES: Responsible for maintaining the professional atmosphere of the Fitness Center Conduct oneself in a professional manner and dress in proper uniform Handle patron complaints and/or comments or refer them to the proper personnel Maintain positive public relations for the Facility Give excellent customer service to the patrons of the Fitness Center Help keep the Fitness Center clean and uncluttered Set a positive example for other employees to follow Learn and follow all safety policies and procedures Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relations with other employees and management Attend all concession and general staff meetings Provide input concerning concession areas and discuss problems or concerns with appropriate personnel Restock food, drinks, and supplies as needed Other duties as assigned
