About The Position

Our Food and Beverage program provides our players, fans, and guests with only the highest quality of accommodation and customized service. This position will work cooperatively with the event experience team in the set up and breakdown of events. The Concessions Associate is to be a key contributor to the Hospitality team while ensuring all work is consistent with the Sporting Kansas City brand purpose: 'We create memories through personalized experiences with our Club.' Sporting Kansas City associates act as representatives of the Club at all home matches, engaging with guests and working to create Magic Moments for all fans. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy.
• Prepare food items.
• Utilize Point of Sale System.
• Report issues with equipment.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge.
• Analyze and resolve issues that occur.
• Implement steps of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure all Sporting KC policies and procedures are followed.
