The position involves general cleaning and upkeep of the assigned concession stand, ensuring a safe and sanitary work area for employees. The individual will maintain accurate accounting of all cash and inventory, perform location worker assignments, and plan for daily sales flow based on projections. Additionally, the role requires planning for peak hour sales and communicating change requirements to the Concession Lead. The individual must adhere to all cash handling procedures and follow the rules and regulations of Food and Beverage. Other related duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
