Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Assistant Program Coordinator assists with the oversight of the concession stands and employees. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises concession employees and schedules, reviews, submits concession employees’ time worked Trains concession employees on cash handling procedures, cash register process, point of sales operations, and safe food handling Stocks and maintains inventory of all concession items Monitors inventory of beverages, food items, and general supplies and reports discrepancies Operates cash register and point of sales system Allocates funds within a prescribed budget; completes cash reports daily Maintains a sanitary concession environment; follows and ensures compliance with Bell County Health Department standards Prepares, operates, and closes concession stand Adheres to the City's standards for customer service standards Attends required program staff meetings and trainings Follows the city policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Performs other duties as assigned
