About The Position

The Concession Stand Worker at Queen City Sportsplex is responsible for preparing food, assisting with payments, and providing support to the retail store. Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation activities, including preparing and serving breakfast items and hot items such as popcorn, pretzels, and hot dogs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with managers, supervisors, and fellow employees in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers.
• Resolve customer complaints timely and accurately.
• Use a cash register at all times when working in the store.
• Check out customers using a computer system (POS) at all times when working in the store.
• Assist with restocking of products in the store when necessary.
• Assist with opening or closing the store as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
