About The Position

The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves taking orders, preparing food items, and ensuring the cleanliness of the concession stand area while maintaining knowledge of menu items and promotions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with the food industry and retail math concepts is beneficial
• Culinary background or training is a bonus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change accurately

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders and process payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the concession stand area
• Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Upsell additional food items or beverages to increase sales
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
