About The Position

Summary: The concession stand lead is responsible for preparing and serving food, accurately operating point-of-sale systems, stocking and counting inventory, and ensuring responsible service of alcohol in compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and committed to providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment while following Levy’s core values of Passionate, Innovative, Inclusive, and Nice.

Requirements

  • Reliable source of transportation and communication
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time
  • Certified food handler’s card or Servsafe

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving food
  • Accurately operating point-of-sale systems
  • Stocking and counting inventory
  • Ensuring responsible service of alcohol in compliance with all regulations
  • Basic technology skills with computers and tablets.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process card transactions accurately
  • Stock, rotate, and count inventory to ensure product availability and minimize waste
  • Maintain responsible service of alcohol in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of concession and service areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • All other job duties assigned
