About The Position

At the Concession Stand, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience with your warm smile and exceptional service. By recognizing each guest’s unique preferences and needs, you will create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression, ensuring their visit is truly memorable.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous food handler experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of menu items, drink recipes, presentation, garnishes, and related equipment
  • Familiarity with standard kitchen tools (e.g., toasters, coolers, slicers, beverage machines)
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Basic computer skills and POS system experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
