About The Position

The Concessions Stand Associate is a part-time role responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages at various venues, ensuring high food quality standards and guest satisfaction. This position involves operating cooking equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in a food handling position required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with POS systems and concession equipment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up the concession stand with food items and condiments.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment for various food items.
• Cook and package food products prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
• Complete opening and closing checklists at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Follow cash handling procedures throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of all food handling areas and follow food-handling procedures.
• Ensure quality and production standards on all menu items.
• Maintain portion control and serving temperatures of all products served.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
