The Café Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing café operations during their shift, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and adherence to food safety regulations.   • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
