Lead and manage a traveling staff of 20 employees and local vendors to achieve the highest sales while providing excellent customer service. Coordinate all tour inventory, reporting, financials, communication, and day to day operations while traveling with the show. Ensure that all company policies and procedures including any health and safety mitigation procedures are always being followed. This position requires 100% travel for 7 to 11 months of the year.
