PT Pooled Aquatics (Concession Cook) (6 positions)
About The Position
To prepare food orders for patrons of Strawberry Park and Pool while complying with Safe Food Handling Practices. The Concession Food Preparer position is a seasonal position with the City of Pasadena Parks & Recreation Department. Complete Opening and Closing Checklist for Concession Area. Prepare food using a variety of different methods including but not limited to deep fryer, hot dog roller, popcorn machine, etc. Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment according to Safe Food Handling Practices. Maintain proper personal hygiene during preparation of food. Ensure facilities are in compliance with Safe Food Handling Practices to Health Inspectors. Customer Satisfaction : Display customer service with greetings, surveys, and acknowledgments. Handle customer concerns promptly and provide feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Work Days/Times/Hours : May work up to a 39-hour week. Concession workers will be at Strawberry Pool. Must have and maintain, without interruption, all necessary licenses, certifications, clearances, and/or job requirements. Works the assigned schedule and complies with the City's timekeeping and attendance policy.
