About The Position

The position involves delivering and preparing a variety of high-quality food products, including burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and prepared BBQ meats. The role requires good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and knowledge of food service and food preparation. The individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, operating large-volume cooking equipment, and ensuring food quality and safety. Regular attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.

Requirements

• Attend all Training both for Food and Beverage department and within the venue.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude required.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as burgers, chicken tenders, fries, hotdogs, and prepared BBQ meats.
• Deliver high quality products.
• Keep food spoilage below minimum.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, each stand must be cleaned after each event.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as deep-fat fryers.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Follow rules and regulations of SAVOR.
• Clean, stock and inventory workstation, checking inventory in and out, and being accountable for all inventories.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Position requires the ability to work at all ASM Global venues in Wichita and Andover.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
