About The Position

Our Store Design Concept Coordinator provides support to our Store Concept & Design Team. This person works within our Store Concept Team and supports various project types within our function. This person’s primary focus is on maintaining 3D model toolkits, building foundational concept renderings, and supporting the creation of presentation materials. This person must possess strong communication skills, be organized, be willing to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Interior Design or Architecture, or related experience
  • A portfolio showing recent examples of your work in this field
  • Passion for the A&F brands and the role
  • Proficient use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Modeling Programs (Sketch-up and Enscape), and Microsoft Applications
  • Organized - ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work within various phases of projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated – takes initiative and drives results
  • Team player – collaborates effectively and builds strong relationships with business partners across multiple key functions
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Receptive to feedback from team and multiple business partners
  • Energetic and positive

Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating approved shop drawings into accurate 3D models within the SketchUp toolkit
  • Support the concept design workflow by creating accurate base models to be used for concept design
  • Assist in the creation of concept development assets and documentation
  • Assist with material library inventory organization and operations
  • Assist store designers with landlord required storefront rendering exports
  • Support the concept team in the preparation and creation of digital and physical presentations
