AT&T has an opening for an COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO): To support the Intelligence Sector. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Directly overseeing day-to-day operations of the COMSEC Team while supporting the Cybersecurity Director of the BrS Security Operations Section. Ensuring all COMSEC material issued to their subaccount is maintained and their alternates/users fully comply with all applicable provisions identified in provided guidance & policies on the contract. Leading a team of cybersecurity/network professionals that manage, implement, test, and document all COMSEC requirements of the network services provided under the BrS Program. Creates and maintains: Templates, procedures, and guides to ensure standardization across all CRO accounts on contract. Required metrics for contract reporting. Executive presentations as required for customer briefings. Approves all requests for the transfer/disposition of COMSEC material within Helpnow, as well as managing all CRO tickets within HelpNow for timely completion. Drives new COMSEC requests, Cybersecurity Task Orders (CTO), and data calls with other organizations and customers as necessary. Identifies, mitigate, and report any potential COMSEC incidents to the customer, as well as ensuring training to the CROs to avoid reoccurrence. Ensure all CROs are trained in best practices and the customer’s requirements. Oversee the COMSEC inspection program to ensure all COMSEC accounts meet or achieve the customer’s requirements for operation. Some travel may be required to inspect geographically dispersed accounts. Maintain currency in best-in-class cybersecurity practices and procedures in the network industry.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Candidate must have at least 7 years in IA Technology or a related field.
  • The candidate must possess and maintain a DoD 8570.01M IA Manager level 3 or an IA System Architect or Engineer Level 3 certification in compliance with the USG IA Workforce Enhancement Program requirement at time of hire or within 6 months of hire.
