About The Position
The position involves performing high-quality Diagnostic CT procedures while applying principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patients. The role requires identifying and administering the correct contrast media per departmental protocol, maintaining aseptic technique, and accurately drawing up sterile contrast media and other solutions. The candidate must maintain knowledge of universal precautions and respond to patients' changing physical conditions, such as changes in airway/breathing, heart rate, and level of consciousness.
