About The Position
We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Service Technicians to join our team in Naples, FL. This full-time position involves providing IT support and technical assistance to our customers, which may require daily travel to various locations. The ideal candidate will possess a clean driver's license and demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills, along with a friendly disposition. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to routers, firewalls, and network equipment, as well as installing and supporting Windows and Mac-based computers. You will also manage networks, troubleshoot system issues, and set up and maintain firewalls, routers, and access points. Additionally, you will be tasked with virus, spyware, and malware removal, as well as custom building servers and workstations tailored to specific tasks. In this role, you will be expected to prioritize and multitask effectively while maintaining a strong focus on deadlines and attention to detail. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as a reliable team player. You will be communicating with clients and colleagues, so active listening and open sharing of information are crucial to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. This position offers a flexible schedule, with the expectation of working rotating weekends as needed, alongside a Monday to Friday workweek.
