About The Position

Support of the Princeton ISD Desktop Environment Provide Princeton ISD with an effective and professional resource for managing helpdesk tickets. Providing support to Princeton ISD Students / Staff to solve technical problems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to function in a team based environment with the ability to share knowledge and a willingness to learn from other team members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Basic computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Entry level experience in the computer repair field
  • Printer maintenance and troubleshooting Experience

Responsibilities

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets
  • Image and troubleshoot and Windows and Apple workstations
  • Document processes used by Princeton ISD
  • Help new users get oriented with the Princeton ISD network
  • Perform all other duties assigned.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues (wired / wireless)
  • Perform maintenance on Classroom Audio / Visual devices
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
