This position performs as a business analyst in ESSP Customer Relations Management and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. Your duties would include: Coordinating with business processes, technical team members, contract team members and outside agencies Analyzing existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions. Developing system software testing strategies, scenarios, scripts, and results matrices. Performing problem/defect analysis and testing of system functionality. Preparing reports, presentations, issues, and options papers and gathering supporting documentation.
