KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst, Advanced, to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award. This position will work at a government site in St. Inigoes, MD. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, computer science, or information technology discipline.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s degree in a technical, computer science, or information technology discipline plus an additional four (4) years of work experience may be substituted.
In lieu of a degree, an additional six (6) years of relevant work experience may be substituted
At least seven (7) years of relevant work experience
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation.
This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversees systems management and integration efforts, driving improvements in existing computer systems and reviewing system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
Provides strategic recommendations on commercially available software and ensures alignment with organizational goals and needs.
Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning
Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
