About The Position

The Computer Systems Administrator at LISA Academy is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting the local network within the school environment. Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support a local area network consisting of servers, computers, and laptops.
  • Ensure internet connectivity and monitor network availability for all system users.
  • Establish and manage computer security protocols.
  • Analyze and resolve breaches in network security using firewalls and forensic analysis techniques.
  • Troubleshoot network failures and improve computer speed and performance.
  • Provide technical support to charter personnel for technical equipment usage.
  • Act as a liaison with charter technology personnel and manage computers in campus labs and classrooms.
  • Maintain updates to technology equipment and manage technology repair parts inventory.
  • Gather, manage, and file all reports, records, and documents required by charter, state, and federal policy.
  • Create database tables and establish links for reporting purposes.
