This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Information Services in the Division of Development and Alumni. The primary duties of this position include providing computer, programming, web, and system support within the Division of Development and Alumni. Salary Grade : 14 Please see Staff Compensation Structure for salary ranges. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Acquire knowledge of advancement software applications, programming procedures, and standards 2. Perform general application administration and access management tasks. This involves answering questions regarding the use and configuration of systems and creating/managing/deleting user accounts for these systems 3. Design, code, and test applications, web applications, software processes and reports, as well as modify existing applications to reflect changes in system requirements or hardware configuration 4. Provide technical setup, support, and diagnostics on information technology related hardware including computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and scanners. Provides coordination with secondary support if needed 5. Prepare and maintain documentation to manage development, revisions, and end user utilization for systems and software utilized by the division 6.
