Requirements

• Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ certified for ability to achieve within 6 months
• General PC hardware and software knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot PC and peripheral products at system level
• General knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office Suite, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Be familiar with the company's safety and health policy/program

Responsibilities

• Work will include gathering and analyzing information, troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, procure components and parts.
• Identifying solutions for customers
• Creating and processing RMAs
• Documenting necessary service actions in detail and warranty coverage
• Coordinate preplacement, repair and return shipments
• Generate quotes for out-of-warranty replacements and Repairs of industrial computers
• Assist customers with technical support for software and hardware
