Implement engaging coding and robotics lessons that build foundational skills through hands-on exploration. Use scholar data to inform pacing, reteaching, and enrichment opportunities. Engage in continuous professional development, including Summer Training and weekly instructional sessions. Requirements

  • All teachers must hold a Bachelor’s degree by the time employment begins.
  • A valid MS or TN teaching license with an endorsement in STEM, Computer Science, Technology Education, or a related field.
  • A valid out-of-state teaching license transferable to MS or TN.
  • Enrollment in a state-accredited alternative certification program and successful completion of all required assessments within the last 5 years.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior teaching experience in STEM, technology, computer science, or robotics.
  • Experience working in low-income communities or with diverse learners.
  • Demonstrated success in improving academic outcomes or driving scholar engagement in STEM.
