About The Position

Leidos is seeking a summer intern with a Computer Science or Computer Information Systems background to support the TENA III Program at our Alexandria, VA office. The selected candidate will work alongside our team of software developers, software engineers, and system administrators to support our customer’s mission to provide reliable, interoperable, reusable, and composable connectivity of geographically distributed live and simulated range resources that can be rapidly combined to meet new testing and training missions in a realistic manner.

Requirements

• Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Local to the DC Metro area for the duration of the internship and able to work at the Leidos office located in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the program team collaborating with engineers, developers and system administrators on various projects.
• Must possess the ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplined team.
• The candidate will perform duties to support various tasks related to IT systems support.
