Epsilon C5I is seeking intelligent, creative self-starters who are majoring in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Math, or Computer Engineering for internship opportunities in our Beavercreek, OH office. Summer intern assignments will begin in May/ June following the completion of the school year and last nominally three months. The successful candidate(s) will be provided with hands-on experience working with members of our professional Engineering/Science Team on technically oriented projects such as signal processing and exploitation of remote sensing data and applying target detection and tracking algorithms.

Requirements

• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
• Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for a TS/SCI government security clearance.
• Emphasis on emerging Juniors and Seniors pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Math, or Computer Engineering.
• Must be self-driven and have strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Must have excellent computer skills and experience formatting, graphs, diagrams, and tables.
• Must be a full-time student at an accredited, U.S. college or university.
• Must have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement with computer science experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous internship experience highly desirable.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Individuals completed junior year of studies, major in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Math, or Computer Engineering.
• History using Java, C++, JavaScript, Go or C#
• Experience in Full-Stack development
• Skilled at Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and agile/scrum DevSecOps techniques
• ArgoCD experience
• Applied math/science experience with Python, MATLAB, C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for writing Full Stack software on DevSecOps Platform Environment.
• Will develop micro services, UI/UX, and database schemas using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
