Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Must be able to work within a collaborative environment.
• Must be US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and control computer operations, ensuring proper functioning of hardware and software.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and permissions updates.
• Provide technical guidance and training to users as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
