In this position, youll work closely with team members in your department performing the day to day customer service and processing activities for the data center.

Requirements

Computer operations/data center experience preferred.
Knowledge of banking systems operations is helpful.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Accurately perform data entry and maintain precise records to ensure high-quality documentation and workflow.
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors via telephone and written correspondence.
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-productivity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
Think independently and solve problems, providing sounds decisions and guidance for self and team.
