About The Position

In this role, you will oversee daily IT operations within the distribution center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly from start to finish. This includes managing the start-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-week processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across a wide range of devices, including handhelds, desktops, and RF equipment. Additionally, you will ensure accurate store billing and timely processing of will-call orders, manage system access and data security for all facility team members, and monitor equipment damage and replacement costs. Maintaining an inventory of essential tech supplies, such as labels for order selectors, will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is required, along with hands-on experience with RF equipment, PCs, and servers.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Completion of management and leadership training is preferred.
• Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly.
