About The Position
As a CNO Developer Lead, you will guide the development of advanced cyber capabilities in support of national security. You’ll lead a team of skilled software engineers to design, develop, and deploy offensive and defensive cyber tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of CNO development, malware analysis, or vulnerability research.
- Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, and debuggers (e.g., WinDbg).
- Python and scripting language proficiency.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop low -level software in C, C++, or Assembly.
- Lead a team of developers supporting SIGINT, CNO, or cyber operations.
- Reverse -engineer binaries and exploit vulnerabilities.
- Develop mission -critical software with an emphasis on performance and stealth.
- Collaborate with analysts and mission personnel to translate requirements into technical solutions.
