Fox Technology Center, LLC seeks a Computer Network Architect (Senior Network Engineer) to focus on Media and Broadcast to design and implement highly resilient and scalable network supporting media workflows and live broadcast events such as World Cup and the Super Bowl. Work closely with multiple teams and disciplines across the enterprise to conceptualize, build and integrate solutions and services to support the challenging real-time requirements of the media/broadcast business. Design and implement secure network environments capable of transporting live and file-based content over private and public networks. Work with other teams to design and build out scalable solutions to business related problems. Work with teams across the organization to troubleshoot service impacting issues. Mentor junior level members of the team. Serve as point of escalation for network issues. Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Design and implement highly resilient and scalable networks for media workflows and live broadcasts.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to conceptualize and integrate solutions for real-time media requirements.
  • Create secure network environments for transporting live and file-based content.
  • Troubleshoot service impacting network issues.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for network issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • Two (2) years of network engineering or related IT experience working with large scale networks.
  • Experience implementing and supporting network deployments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex network problems.
  • Experience building data centers using SPINE-LEAF architecture.
  • Experience with network platforms such as Arista, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper.
  • Knowledge of IP networking and network analysis fundamentals.
  • Experience in the application of IP protocols.
  • Experience in automation and scripting.
  • Experience in QoS, Multicast, BGP, OSPF, TACACS, IPSEC, VPNs, Netflow, DNS and EVPN-VXLAN.
  • Experience with multiple cloud environments such as AWS, AZURE, and Google cloud.
  • Experience in the media or broadcast industry.
