This is professional work of a technical nature for the Administrative Component of Lancaster County BH/DS. The primary duties include the management and oversight of IT Support, Electronic and Office Equipment and Agency Software, Applications and Databases. This is a high level position which ensures the smooth functioning of IT and electronic applications and processes. This is a highly responsible position requiring a high level of initiative and independent action, and requires the sharing of information and recommendations with the Chief of Administration. Work is assigned to this position via both oral and written instructions. Employee is expected to work independently on routine tasks with regularly scheduled supervisory review by the Chief of Administration. Staff development, training, and growth is highly encouraged and supported.
