About The Position
COMPUtek Dental Systems is a well-established IT provider specializing in the dental industry, located in Fort Collins, Colorado. We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile Computer (IT) Field & Telephone Support Technician to join our expanding team. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role that requires a mix of technical skills and customer service expertise. In this position, you will assist our build team in assembling servers and computers from the ground up, ensuring that quality is a top priority. You will also provide telephone support to our customers, addressing a variety of technical issues related to servers, computers, printers, firewalls, and connectivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling onsite visits for our technicians and managing small projects as assigned. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diversity in their daily tasks and is comfortable switching focus quickly between different responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also personable and customer service-oriented. Building and nurturing relationships over the phone is crucial, as is having excellent reporting, follow-through, and time management skills.
