About The Position

This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.

Requirements

• Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Responsibilities

• Complete hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding
• Confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal
• Pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite
• Drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided
