About The Position

The position involves performing CT and/or radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including those related to surgery, along with associated clerical functions. The role requires a level of independence in judgment and the application of prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. The work schedule is part-time, specifically during evening hours, with a shift starting at 11 PM and ending at 7 AM.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Approved School of Radiologic Technology
• New York State License as a 'General Radiologic Technologist'
• Current New York State Department of Health certificate of registration as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) (R)
• Certified to inject with NYSDOH obtained within orientation period
• BLS certification obtained within orientation period
• One year of experience as a staff technologist

Nice To Haves

• Previous CT experience preferred
