About The Position

We are looking for skilled CT Technologists to provide essential imaging services for our Veterans across multiple VA facilities. Your expertise will directly impact diagnostic accuracy and patient care. What You’ll Do Perform high-quality CT scans per established protocols. Prepare and educate patients, ensuring safety and comfort. Operate CT equipment, monitor image quality, and maintain records. Collaborate with radiologists to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic results. Maintain infection control, sterile equipment, and safe radiation practices. Complete mandatory VA training and CME requirements. Who You Are You’re ARRT-certified in CT or equivalent certification. You’re experienced in performing complex CT procedures, including contrast studies and advanced imaging protocols. You have strong attention to detail with precise documentation and adherence to radiation safety protocols. You’re experienced in performing complex CT procedures, including contrast studies and advanced imaging protocols. You have excellent communication and patient interaction skills to educate and reassure patients. You’re able to work independently while collaborating effectively with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams.

Requirements

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) CT certification required; state licensure where applicable.
  • Proficient with GE CT scanners
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hospital or clinical CT experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, cross-sectional imaging, and pathophysiology relevant to CT exams.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with imaging software/PACS systems.
  • Commitment to ongoing CME/CEU training and VA mandatory education.
  • Must comply with VA credentialing, privileging, and infection control standards.
