Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide comprehensive failure analysis and develop actionable recommendations to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance. Work closely with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for service growth and customer satisfaction. Identify and sell recommended repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance solutions to customers, ensuring long-term equipment health and cost savings. Complete accurate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations, maintaining compliance with company standards. Keep service vehicle stocked with proper tools, parts, and equipment to enable efficient, factory-approved service methods. Represent OTC with a positive, professional image, while building strong customer relationships and trust. Apply advanced mechanical and technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively. Work closely with team members and management to meet service goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. Respond to urgent service calls and provide rapid solutions to minimize operational disruptions. Deliver exceptional customer service, build trust, and act as a technical advisor to customers. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Stay current on new technologies, equipment, and service techniques through ongoing training. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
