The Lead Compressor Operator is responsible for operating the compressor station and supporting Compressor Operators in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This includes troubleshooting and repairing complex engines and components, compressors, PLC components, relief valves, and regulators. The Lead Compressor Operator must respond to emergencies, scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and after-hour calls. The Compressor Operator operates the compressor station safely and efficiently and also responds to emergencies and overtime calls.
