About The Position
The Compression Molding Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various types of presses including tri press, large press, small press, and small billet loader, as well as loading and unloading ovens. Key duties also include performing visual inspections and measurements of materials, maintaining accurate records within the ERP system, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The role may involve performing other duties as directed.
