About The Position
We are recruiting for a Medical Assistant's (MA) that has worked in an OB/GYN or Woman's Health Center setting to join our team in one of our state of the art health centers as a UHC Comprehensive Perinatal Health Worker (CPHW). Experienced Medical Assistants and/or new Medical Assistant graduates are welcomed! UHC Comprehensive Perinatal Health Worker (CPHW) shows genuine warmth with patients and has the ability to make them feel comfortable in the health center while providing effective and technically competent nursing assistance to both patients and UHC providers. The CPHW provides prenatal health education to referred patients. This includes assessment of patient's personal situations and development of individual care plan.
