About The Position
EyeCare Partners is the nation’s leading provider of clinically integrated eye care. Our national network of over 300 ophthalmologists and 700 optometrists provides a lifetime of care to our patients with a mission to enhance vision, advance eye care and improve lives. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, over 650 ECP-affiliated practice locations provide care in 18 states and 80 markets, providing services that span the eye care continuum. Panhandle Laser Vision Institute, located in Pensacola, Florida, is a single-surgeon practice with strong community ties. The founder, Dr. Barry Concool, is nearing retirement and is searching for a provider who will continue to care for his patients and the community as he has for decades. Dr. Concool performs over a thousand procedures each year, with potential for growth and the addition of services such as LASIK or other procedures you may wish to introduce to the community. This opportunity is ideal for both new and experienced physicians.
