About The Position
This hands-on position is responsible for the daily supervision and oversight of the chemical processing/compounding area. Primary responsibilities include coordinating daily work assignments, facilitating process improvements, documenting processes and procedures, adhering to quality standards, training of existing and new personnel, delivering performance feedback and reviews for the compounding crew, maintaining the chemical raw material inventory, tracking production and batch output, working with planning to create scheduling efficiency, and assisting with chemical processing and troubleshooting batches. The Compounding Supervisor must work closely with quality control and will also act as the department representative for various meetings and projects.
