About The Position

As a Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will be part of a specialized team supporting high-touch programs designed to enhance patient care. This detail-oriented role is primarily based in our compounding suite, where you will prepare sterile and non-sterile medications, maintain compliance with USP regulations, and ensure accurate documentation and formula entry.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License required; national certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
• Strong mathematical skills for prescription calculations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications according to established protocols.
• Maintain and clean compounding suite equipment and facilities to meet regulatory standards.
• Accurately label, package, and store chemicals and finished products.
• Enter and manage compounding formulas using specialized software.
• Complete daily documentation in accordance with USP guidelines.
