Requirements

• Customer service experience, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Previous healthcare or pharmacy technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications and supplies according to company policies and state regulations.
• Ensure medications are accurately compounded and labeled.
• Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct dosages.
• Participate in the management and reporting of medication-related incidents.
• Clean and sanitize pharmacy surfaces and laminar flow hoods regularly.
• Inspect equipment and document any failures or defects.
• Record and maintain pharmacy temperature and cleaning logs.
